I really like Tupperware, over the years (mostly before we had kids) I have purchased a lot. We use it all the time and now that the kids are getting older we are using some of it even more.
Last year before Christmas we were at a Baby/Child Fair here in town. I bought Jaclyn a child's play set with a juice jug, four cups and a snack container for her to play with in her little kitchen. I had one when I was a little girl and I have fond memories of playing with it and wanted to get her one also.
When I brought it home I realized it was missing the lid for the container. I contacted the Tupperware lady I bought it from and she said she would send one of her consultants over with the lid and a catalog for me.
That was 6 months ago.
I have called her a several times now and I still haven't received my products. Mostly I have had to leave a message, but she doesn't call me back.
I have had the container without its lid sitting on my counter for six months now and I would really like too use the product that I purchased.
I called her again this morning and I also left her an email message. Let's see if she contacts me.
What would you do in my situation?

I like to call and call and call and then call a few hundred more times until I get what I paid for. I'm a pain in the butt like that. Eventually it will be easier for her to satisfy you, than to listen to your voice on the answering machine anymore, lol
